
An executive-level consultant, Dominic O’Dierno prepared for his career by earning a bachelor of science in finance and marketing from the University of Oregon, where he made multiple Dean’s Lists. After working for a regional security firm for three years, Dominic O’Dierno began his career in finance and strategic business development and operations solutions by co-founding Peregrine Holdings, Ltd., in 1991. Peregrine Holdings acquired, merged, and restructured privately held companies with annual sales totaling up to $150 million.
In 2001, Dominic O’Dierno co-founded Eid Passport after raising more than $63 million. Under his leadership, Eid Passport provided security solutions to U.S. government and other institutions, and his achievements in the role also include producing a business plan named the “Business Plan of the Year” by the Portland Business Journal.
After more than a decade as the vice president of Eid Passport, Dominic O’Dierno went on to become the chief executive officer of Amare in 2012. From his base in Portland, Oregon, he provides a wide variety of business consulting services, from financial modeling to reviewing operational practices, to executives and other clients in leadership positions at growing companies. Some of his recent clients include Q5id, a firm offering authentication and proven identity enrollment solutions, and Cypress Development, a real estate developer with multiple mixed-use projects.
